About

Our large upstairs apartment has a private entrance and lovely gas fireplace. Completely remodeled in 2016 with new additions done in 2018 & 2019. You have your own private bathroom and TV. With Disneyland only 12 minutes away, it is the perfect destination. Studio has king sized bed, twin bed and pull out couch in same room. We also have a crib if needed. Santa Ana Zoo is a 3 minute walk away!

Good to know

The space is a studio apartment, there is a separate private kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. Double the space of a regular hotel room. It’s around 800 sq ft. There is an outside staircase to reach the unit. Authentic, urban neighborhood with real local life—not a tourist hotspot. It’s central, safe and connected, but neighborhood may not feel polished.

Other Details to Note

1 Parking spot is included with your booking. The parking spot is in the garage (standard 10x20 parking spot - no oversized vehicles). Please park in the garage. You may also be able to find a parking spot in the streets, however depending on time or day, this may not be so closely available. This is mostly for overnight parking. Expect a 15-20 minute walk to your car if you have an oversized car or bring 2 cars. Please make sure to park your car in a legal spot. Towing can be over $400 and they tow here often. Max car height in the provided parking spot is 70 inches, max car length is 206 inches. Please do not bring a car larger than that as parking in the neighborhood is extremely hard to find. Minivans fit great, oversized cars tend not to fit. Please do not park on fire line or on permit parking in the community. Your car WILL get towed as parking is extremely hard to come by in this community. Please follow parking instructions. Parking violations are the responsibility of the guest. Guest agrees that they will be charged for any fines or fees charged to Host by HOA for community violations such as noise, traffic or parking tickets, etc.

House Rules

Please be respectful of neighbors. The Laundrylicious laundry valet service makes sure you don't have to worry about your laundry during your stay here. -AC/Heater: thermostat is operated with the Nest app. Please install on your phone and you will be provided with the username & password so you can control it. No Smoking allowed - ever. If smoke smell is detected, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning the studio and rewashing all linen and fabrics in the studio. - do not use fireplace, unless approved before stay There is also no smoking allowed in the courtyard in front of the apartment. Be mindful of that fact. - No animals including service animals are allowed. Ever. This is my house, and I am severely allergic. You can expect this house to be squeaky clean. - if pool key doesn’t not get returned there is a $100 charge - if laundry room key does not get returned there is a $25 charge - if parking permit does not get returned there is a $50 charge

Very lush and calm neighborhood. Easy access to freeways. Beach is 15 minutes away and Disneyland is 12 minutes away

Guest Access

1 standard size garage spot for parking included (length, width and height-restricted). Oversized cars and additional cars do not fit in provided parking garage and will have a hard time finding parking in the area as this location is very central and thus many cars.
